Refund Policy

We are unable to refund for the following reasons:

Slight variations: The colors and the material shown on the approval form may differ slightly from the actual colors, shade, and texture. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that product descriptions and particularly colors are accurate, we cannot be held liable for any slight variations that may occur.

Late / delayed delivery: Refunds are not applicable to delayed deliveries. If the consignment does not arrive to you within 7 working days after being shipped by express shipment, you may ask us for the order tracking code. However, in events where the consignment is not dispatched to the provided address for delivery, we will make and dispatch your order again at NO COST.

Damage to items caused by the customer: If the ordered product is damaged in any way from your end or worn, and returned then that individual is not entitled to any refund.

All custom-made, sales item(s) and special discounted item(s) are:

  • Non-Refundable
  • Non-Returnable
  • Non-Exchangeable

  • Any product(s) purchased from us which is specially customized as per the customer’s requirements is (are) neither refundable nor exchangeable.

    We full refund / partial refund for the following reasons:

    Item(s) damaged or Lost shipment: If the product is damaged during the shipment, we will make and dispatch your order again at NO COST or we will REFUND you.

    Custom Patch(s) Order Cancellation: If your order is cancelled within 24 hours then you can expect a deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount. However, if the order cancellation request is done within 2 days of order confirmation, there will be a 75% deduction from the ordered item amount. The request for order cancellation will be accepted within 2 days of order confirmation date.

    Digitizing and Vector Art: If one of our customers is not satisfied with our digitized/Vectorized logo(s), we issue a full refund. We need a written request with the details of the problems and a few pictures of the sample/sew-out. We accept refund requests within seven days from the delivery date of a logo; we do not accept refund request after seven days.
