| What fabric / material do you digitize for? What about special embroideries? |
We have the capability to digitize all kind of embroidery logos: left and front chest, caps, visors,
beanies, jacket backs, gloves, patches, sleeves, towel, golf and other bags, as far as the material is
concerned, we digitize logos for pique, jersey, fleece, polyester, leather, terry. We can also handle
special embroideries such as 3-D embroidery / foam embroidery, appliqué, red-work, and sequins.

| What type of quality checks do you perform? |
On receiving your designs, we check the artworks and logos’ requirements; if something appears to be
missing we call or email you. After that, your logos are assigned to our experienced digitizers. Once the
logos are completed, the head digitizer conducts an on-screen check focused on technicalities: stitch
density, sequencing, trims, color changes. Once the head digitizer finalizes the logos, the admin team
does an overall recheck to make sure that no aspect of the orders has been missed out on, special
instructions.

| What file formats can I send and receive back? |
Most Formats Provided
Embroidery: exp, cnd, ofm, dsb, dst, dsz, emb, jef, pes, pof, pxf, tap, xxx, and others.
Vector: ai, eps, cdr, pdf, and others.
Unless otherwise instructed by you, we send you digitized files in .dst only. Please let us know if you
require any other formats for your embroidery machines.
Most Formats Accepted
ai, cdr, eps, gif, jpg, pdf, png, psd, tif, and others.
We can digitize from almost anything: scanned garments, hand drawings, photographs; our graphic
designers will clean up the artworks and if in doubt, we will send you back the artworks for your
approval.
