Unless otherwise instructed by you, we send you digitized files in .dst only. Please let us know if you require any other formats for your embroidery machines.

When you send us a logo to digitize for embroidery, or to convert into a vector file (AI, CDR or EPS) for printing, we upload the logo to your account at our website (www.excellentdigitizing.com) after uploading; our digitizers / designers start working on your logo; we always try to send digitized logos back within 12 hours, and vector converted files within 24 hours.

Fast Revisions / Edits
NDo you want a size change, color adjustment, modify text, etc., or just not 100% satisfied with your sew out? We are here for you every hour of the day. We will revise your logos at no charge. If you are not satisfied with your logo, we will edit it for you for free until you are happy with the ultimate result!
Any existing embroidery logo can be edited. If you have a logo that has some problems like thread breaks, off registration, puckering, high or low stitch counts, etc., so we can edit it for you; we are equipped to fix any problems that you may have.
Sometimes, an existing logo costs more for making corrections in the embroidery file than for entirely re-digitizing; if you send us a logo for corrections we will tell you if it is better to revise the existing logo file, or better to re-digitize the entire logo. We have to see the actual artwork to know for sure. There is no charge for checking the design file.
Please be mindful of the fact that embroidery logos that are not digitized properly can cause expensive damage to your embroidery machines; with our digitizing experience you can be assured of getting only the highest quality digitizing.
